This ledger is generated from the published article library. It makes the source trail visible without pretending that a source count alone proves an article is correct.

How the work is checked

Sources inform the article. They do not replace editorial judgement.

For policy-sensitive guidance, the editor checks current official or primary pages and links readers back to them. Employer and application guidance may also use public careers pages, recognised careers services and official labour-market material.

GradSharp then adds its own practical layer: comparison frameworks, decision checks, worked examples and warnings about where applicants commonly make an unsupported assumption.

  1. Define the reader decision.The article must solve a distinct problem rather than repeat a broad topic.
  2. Open the relevant public sources.Live rules, eligibility and deadlines are checked against the responsible authority where possible.
  3. Separate fact from analysis.Editorial frameworks are not presented as official data or guaranteed outcomes.
  4. Review change risk.Readers are told to re-check details that can change after publication.

What this ledger does and does not prove

It does show the article inventory, review dates and public links recorded in each article's frontmatter.

It does not show that every detail will remain current, that an application will succeed or that more links automatically mean better guidance.

AI tools are not sources. They may assist drafting, editing or visual prototyping, but a responsible human editor approves publication.
